In the INX media case Karti Chidambaram, child of senior Congress pioneer P. Chidambaram, has been captured by the CBI. The CBI has captured him from Chennai. Karti is blamed for encroachment of FEMA. The CBI says that Karti was captured because he was not collaborating in the examination. It is revealed that Karti has come back from London today and he was captured when he came back to India. On 1st March ED had issued summons to him, because of which he needed to come back to India today according to the Madras High Court decision.

Chartered Accountant (CA)
Prior on February 26, a Delhi court sent Karti Chidambaram’s Chartered Accountant (CA) S Bhaskaraman to 14-day legal guardianship. Bhaskaraman was captured in the illegal tax avoidance case connected to the INX media. Judge NK Malhotra sent his CA to the Tihar Jail. Prior, he was created under the steady gaze of the court in guardianship of the (ED). Extraordinary Public Prosecutor of the ED Nitesh Rana looked for authorization from him for a three-day legal request. Bhaskaraman was captured on February 16 from a five star lodging in Delhi.
