No matter what happens or how busy you are, never skip any meal, especially breakfast. Breakfast is the most crucial meal. Drink up at least 4 -5 liters of water. Better still, go for electrolyte water as much as possible. You must get adequate rest. Sleep for a minimum of 7 – 8 hours uninterrupted. You may be compelled to burn the midnight oil at times, but it should only be an exception. It must not turn into a habit. Re-work your schedule if needed.

Exercise at least 3 – 5 times a week, even if it is for just 20 minutes. Don’t be lazy. Make it a point to do it. Set up a fitness goal and gradually start following it. It may not be easy to maintain good fitness, but the benefits are tremendous. Remember that a vaccine alone is not going to be everything. Unless you enjoy good health, you will be prone to infections.
